WISH LIST FOR THE CENTRE
We thank all people for considering donating any time, skills, money and goods to this Centre and look forward to inviting you to visit when we are operational.
To see this Centre established and fully operational we will be looking for:
Furnishing the Centre:
Beds, bed linen, pillows, blankets/duvets, towels, lamps, pictures, sofas, chairs, rugs, mirrors, white goods, and any other related items to see this Centre furnished to make a welcoming and comfortable environment for all those in need of restoration, recovery and recuperation.
Wheelbarrows, pitchforks, secateurs, loppers, buckets, shears, hedge cutters, lawn mowers, strimmers, forks, spades, trowels, plants, seeds, hoes, garden seats, and volunteers to help with garden maintenance and growing food to supply the Centre with wholesome, nourishing food.
Saucepans, cutlery, kitchen scales, general cooking equipment, crockery, glasses, tea towels, cleaning equipment, and assistance with general day-to-day catering and managing supplies.
Horse fodder, tack, horse blankets, horse wormers, head collars, rugs, grooming equipment, hoof picks, field shelters, hay store, fencing, tack store, field dividers and any other horse related equipment. This Equine Programme will play an important role in the overall recovery process of those in need, and the welfare of the horses will be of paramount importance.
Filing cabinets, stationery, printer, desk and chair, computers, and all associated equipment to efficiently run the Centre.
Any skills such as painting, decorating, general maintenance, gardening, horse management, catering, administration, promotion of the Centre, Social Media skills and IT skills, will also be very warmly welcomed as part of the overall optimum running of the Centre.
Volunteers will be welcomed to be part of this community based programme on a regular basis and help with the garden project, catering, organising events, promoting the Centre and many other aspects of this innovative and exciting project.
